1 Million Reason To Become An ENTREPRENEUR

I am encouraging Filipinos especially Young Filipinos  to do business in the Philippines. Let us start entrepreneurship and start our own business. It is risky, but our country needs business heroes and leaders who will stand out to make a change. Building a business is like climbing a mountain. It presents a great challenge and , if you get to the top, there is a great sense of achievement. That desire for achievement is our motivation. Only in investing in business will make your goals and dreams to be achieve easily and worth the effort and time. The problem of unemployment in our nation is already apparent and even the employed ones are not receiving enough wages to cover their daily expenses. Most Filipinos are spending their years in school and universities just to prepare themselves for good jobs and employment. Only few are preparing and actually starting a business while they are young. We can’t blame ourselves, this is what our parents have told us; this is what our parents dreamed us. Filipinos invest money for their children to get diplomas and have a well-compensated job. This tradition has continued for many generations. But of course, there’s nothing wrong with being an employee. The only problem is that when everyone is hunting for a job, the result is employment scarcity – and that is what’s happening in our country… that is also the reason why the Philippines became an economically poor country.

As I said , most of us are programmed to be an employee. As a student I said to myself that I will study hard for me to graduate college with high grades , get my diploma and to find a good job that fits for me. But when I looked at the big picture. It's not in employee world that will make my goals and dreams to be achieve. It's more risky than having a business. I realized that having a diploma or finishing a degree is not enough for me to find a job. It is really hard to be hired and be in position to have a high salary. There are some aspects to be considered for you to be hired easily aside from investing money while finding a job; First, you must be a College Graduate and comes from a high-end school. Second, you must have a good transcript of records. Third, in Philippines accept it or not , having a backer is such a big contribution. Lastly, you must have a good and pleasing personality. Then , if you have all of this. YOU'RE HIRED! :D But here are the questions , what if you just graduated in a low-end and not popular university? What if you have failing grades? What if you don't have a backer? Worse, you don't have even a good and pleasing personality? Is it still easy for you to find a job? When you're employed "NO WORK=NO PAY" right? Some says when you're employed you are assured that you have a money on 15 & 30. Yes its security but you know what? Expert says , unsuccessful people valued security more than the rewards of success.

I start young investing and having my own business. It's not even my course or haven't studied it before. Yet , I grabbed the opportunity that came along my way. I want to make a change and to tell all young people there that you don't have to be rich, smart or already finish studies to start up a business. If you want to achieve your goals and dreams. Make an action now! Having a business is not that easy to start but when you're walking on the road of success, you know into yourself that you're in the right way. You have time freedom , earning while young , helping your family , surrounded by successful people and being unique. Entrepreneurship way of thinking that can be applied to all avenues in life. It is a way of looking at the world, a mindset that is sharpened and improved by experience. A good entrepreneur does not start out blindfold, thinking "I'm just gong to go wherever my feet leads me". They have clear vision and capacity for taking infinite pains to achieve that visions. their jobs is not to advise but to do and to lead. Successful entrepreneurs know that if they persevere they will eventually succeed, despite setbacks along the way. Let’s do business, let’s create jobs, let’s face the hardships, and let us succeed.

But if you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur, you will know that the road ahead can be travelled even if the going gets tough. Leaders don’t play safe; they play hard to ensure the greatest of success. The progress of our nation lies on our future entrepreneurs. Therefore, let’s promote business and entrepreneurship in the Philippines! Yes it’s hard, it’s risky, it can give you losses, and it can make you hungry. Not minding if you fail once or twie before you get it right- beacuse that is the nature of process. Be the one to make a change! Start your own business and success will be your reward. It doesn't matter what's your position in your life now or how young are you! START YOUNG. DREAM BIG. STICK WITH IT.
